To kick off the new season, Minifigure Speedway was officially opened at the end of March at Legoland Billund Resort. This family-friendly attraction is the second Dueling Reverse Coaster from ZIERER. Following the successful model at Legoland Windsor Resort, it is now thrilling visitors at the Danish flagship park as well.
Minifigure Speedway offers a unique riding experience with two parallel tracks whose layout was developed specifically for this ride concept. Each track is approx. 263 m / 862.9 ft. long and provides a varied ride that proceeds both forward and backward. With a top speed of 57 km/h / 35.4 mph and a total ride time of about 75 seconds, it creates a dynamic yet family-friendly experience that appeals to guests of all ages.
Just like at the British resort, Team “Legends” will face off against Team “All Stars” in Billund—a themed showdown that creates excitement, competition and shared experiences for the whole family.
